Grove Mill Pinot Gris 2025 is bright pale straw in the glass and offers vibrant aromas of ripe pear, lychee, and citrus, lifted by delicate white floral and subtle spice nuances. On the palate, fresh and concentrated flavours of ripe pear are complemented by a zesty citrus edge. The wine is finely balanced, with a harmonious interplay between juicy fruit sweetness, refreshing acidity, and a gently textured mouthfeel. Lively and energetic, it finishes long and moreish, inviting another sip.
