Mt Difficulty Bannockburn Target Riesling Medium 2025 is bursting with lime, basil, jasmine and crisp green apple. Bright grapefruit and lime drive the palate, with a vibrant push-pull of sweetness and acidity. Finishes long and refreshing with cool, tonic-like minerality.
