Named for the compacted blue-grey mudstone that holds tight to the roots of our mature vines, Papa Chardonnay has a medley of aromas with citrus blossom, white peach, brioche and saline minerality. A powerful palate of rich stone fruit, savoury complexity and an elegant acid line leads to a pure minerality finish.
